Snap has announced it will begin deleting Memories for users who have more than 5 GB of memories and are not on a paid Snapchat plan once its 12-month grace period ends, around September 2026 (Snap has not published an exact date). Once Snapchat deletes those memories, there is no way to get them back. Official announcement from them: newsroom.snap.com/snap-memory-storage
